I've been writing since middle school. I made my first plunge into the craziness that is NaNo in 2006 and never left! In 2008, I came so so close to winning, and then in 2009 I finally made it past the finish line with a few minutes to spare! . After our region had been ML-less for so long, I decided to take the plunge in 2010 and sign up for the task. Though some question my sanity, I keep reupping every year ;)

I live with two dogs and a cat. I have the most awesome sweetie in the world who supports my writing and being an ML. I'm a web developer by trade, working primarily in ColdFusion. I love to read, play video games (PS One, PS2, Wii, PC), and photography. I'm also a Hello Kitty fan and addicted to Angry Birds.

I love to read manga and Japanese light novels. I also enjoy good historical non-fiction, decent romance novels, sociology type books (i.e. why are we the way we are), stuff on natural disasters, and animal fiction.

My own writing goes all over the place, with some being YA and some adult, but most have some sort of supernatural or fantasy element to them, and they all tend to have love in one for or another as a central theme. I generally write in 3rd person, though for last year's NaNo I did about half the novel in 1st person and did enjoy it quite a bit. I doubt it will be come my main POV, but I'm more open to using it now :)
