I started with NANO in 2002 on a whim. That whim has turned into an obession! It was difficult to name all my favorites because I have so any - Novels and Writers I read what interests me at the time. Oh yes, I am a distant relation to Charles Dickens.
Origionally from OH, I have lived in FL since 1991 and am happy to call it home. I am so much a Gator fan, I bleed orange and blue!!! My hubby is from Northeast MN, about 30 miles S of International Falls. He's even a bigger Gator fan than I - if that's at all possible. Needless to say, we both like the weather here. What's really nice is we are so far North we do have seasonal changes.
In 2010's NaNo, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In 2011 was diagnosed with tonsil cancer. NoNo's for the past two years have been rough, but i managed to finish thanks to my laptop while in the hospital. I am still cancer free of both today.
We have 4 boys - Rex the Golden, Bruzer, the Chichuaua/Yorkie mix, Snuggles the long haired chichuaua, and Coco the chichuaua/pharroh mix. All are male and all are rescued. Anyone wish to talk furry kids?
