Synopsis:
The flora and fauna of Harrus are toxic to humans. Because of this, almost everyone lives in domed habitats. The only ones living outside - who have all of the rest of the world for themselves - are those very few who survived exposure to an endemic Harrusite retrovirus that allows them to metabolize the toxins found in the tissues of every native animal and plant.
Would you accept a 90% risk of death to be able to share the bulk of an unspoiled planet with just a handful of other humans?
